Atlence Checker

Atlence Checker is an application included with our software. It can detect issues that can prevent the software from running properly.

Run a scan

Open the Control panel and then Uninstall a program.
A list of all programs installed on your computer is displayed. Click the name of the program you want to repair and then the Change button.
Select Repair and then the Next button.
Atlence Checker is launched. Click Check the Atlence applications to start the scan.
If some errors are found, click one of them to get further information. See also the table below.

Problems and solutions

Issue	Solution	Criticality
Framework .NET runtimes not found.	Download and install the required components and libraries. Visit our page Download components and libraries for more details.	The program will not be able to run without the installation of these components and libraries.
Additional files not found.	Restart the installation program to reinstall the missing files.	The program will not be able to run without the installation of these files.
Low free disk space.	Free up disk space on the drive where the program is installed by removing unnecessary files by using the Disk Cleanup tool provided with Windows or another utility such as CCleaner (free program). Otherwise, reinstall the product on another drive or disk.	The program will be able to launch but its performance will be severely degraded. In addition, some features may not work properly, for example saving settings.
Insufficient amount of RAM.	Upgrade your computer or install the program on another computer and make sure that the minimum system requirements for the program are met.	The software can be launched but its performance may be reduced.
Low CPU frequency.	Upgrade your computer or install the program on another computer and make sure that the minimum system requirements for the program are met.	The software can be launched but its performance may be reduced.
Low amount of display colors.	Increase the number of colors if you can, otherwise upgrade your computer or install the product on another computer and make sure that the minimum system requirements for the program are met.	The product can be run but its appearance is not optimal.
No PDF application.	Install the free PDF reader Adobe Reader or an alternative software such as Foxit PDF Reader.	The product can be run but you won't be able to open PDF documents such as the license agreement.

Atlence Updater is an application included with our software. It allows you to check if a new version of the software is available.

Run a scan

Open the Control panel and then Uninstall a program.
A list of all programs installed on your computer is displayed. Click the name of the program you want to repair and then the Change button.
Select Update and then the Next button.
Atlence Updater is launched. Click the Check for updates button to start.
If updates are available, click on one of them to get the download link.
